Meet Our Directors

The Sullivans

Barry and Tracy have spent their lives raising their four sons (now adult) while working to awaken a silent and sleeping generation.  Their heart is to see people come into their full identity as sons and daughters of God, and their time in ministry has always reflected that.

During this time they have served as youth and missions ministers, led worship, spoken at camps and conferences, coordinated their local National Day of Prayer events, started a local cross-denomination monthly gathering of youth groups, and pioneered and pastored their own church for six years.

Barry also helped spearhead and oversee a movement called “The 40 Day Revolution”.  Through it more than a million globally committed themselves to 40 days of fasting, prayer, and specific acts of evangelism on their school and college campuses. Then in May of 2012 his first book was published – “The Justice Revolution”. In it Barry challenges readers to take a deeper look at 7 major injustices in the world over a 21-day period.

Tracy  and the boys are the musical ones, playing piano, guitar, bass, cello, and drums. They’ve led worship in services and at conferences and events across central Florida. And with the addition of our daughter-in-laws Shelby and Tiffany, and grandchildren (Justice and Jubilee), we only see good things in our family's future!

In 2013, after more than 20 years of ministry in the Tampa Bay area, the Sullivans moved to Florida’s capital city – Tallahassee, where they served at the International House of Prayer Tallahassee Missions Base. In July of 2015, the Sullivans moved back to the Tampa Bay area to establish Oldsmar House of Prayer, hoping to help encourage what God is already doing in the area with worship and prayer.

Barry is also currently on staff at New Hope Palm Harbor, serving as the youth/missions/creatives pastor.
